What should be your weight according to your height?

There is an appropriate Height to Weight ratio to which every person must adhere, it is called as BMI ratio.


If the BMI ratio is more than 25 then the person is classified as “overweight” and if it’s below 18 then the person is classified as “underweight”.


The chart below shows the index, make sure your height (in feet inches) matches your weight (in kg) in the Healthy column/green strip only:
