How to detect a Heart Attack!

Common symptoms of a heart attack include:

  • Chest pain: caused by the oxygen-deprived heart muscles. Patients describe it as crushing or vice-like pain in the slightly right side of the chest. It can radiate to the left arm, jaw, back, or abdomen.

  • Nausea/Shortness of breath: It may be less prominent in women or the elderly but is certainly noticeable in young or middle age men.

  • Weakness or Tiredness: If you are excessively sweating even after doing the littlest amount of work, it can be because of the lack of oxygen supply to the muscles.

  • Diabetic & Heart patients: If you are diabetic or have had a heart attack previously, do not ignore even the slightest hint which directs to any of the 3 symptoms above.

With the increasing cases of heart attacks on a daily basis, It's vital to take immediate action as soon as these symptoms above are noticed.

It can become harder to notice these symptoms if you are a woman or an elderly individual.

Also, It may seem really normal initially, and it may sound mad to tell people around you to get yourself admitted to a hospital because of a chest pain or even report this to a doctor/nurse itself, but as the hours go by, it keeps getting worse and a bit of ignorance can cost you your life.
